Juan Pedro, a Michelin-starred chef from Seville, brings years of experience from some of the world's finest kitchens, infusing every dish with precision and artistry.
Jacinto, from Valencia, the birthplace of paella, grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of his hometown.
Together, they aim to bring the authentic flavours of Spain to your table, celebrating the history, culture, and vibrant cuisine of their homeland.
